My journey began as an Reiki Siechem Master, Yoga Teacher, and Personal Trainer. I then found the missing link within my Akasha records. For over a decade, I used these modalities to guide professionals of all levels out of external exhaustion and back into the quiet form of peace within themselves—allowing them to finally make choices from stillness rather than depletion.

 

Before founding the Akasha Yogi Goddess Academy, I lived the exact physical exhaustion you are navigating right now. As a former personal trainer, fitness competitor, and Reiki master, I pushed my body to absolute extremes, chasing external metrics while trapped in chronic overworking. When I transitioned into professional yoga, I saw the missing link: an industry focused entirely on external shapes while ignoring the inner energetic architecture. I engineered this IPHM-accredited methodology so yoga teachers can heal from the inside out, reclaim their physical practice, and step into multi-dimensional Akasha prosperity.
